Internet Banking & Bill Pay Conversion
Access to the old FundsXpress Internet Banking and Check Free Bill Pay has now been disabled. If you wish to have online, real time access to your accounts, you will need to use the "Login" or "Enroll" links to the right. From there you can view transactions, make transfers, view your monthly statements and check images, pay bills, and much more.
We appreciate your patience during the conversion to the new system. We know that this has been a lot of work for some of you with many scheduled bill payments to convert. We also understand that changing from something that you are familiar with to a new system is hard. We want you to be assured that we will do as much as we can to resolve any issues caused by the conversion.
If you have any questions or problems enrolling or using the new Online Banking or Bill Pay e-Plus system please feel free to contact us at 319-293-3794 or 888-226-5232. iPay Technologies, our new bill pay company, also has a direct customer number which is available once you sign in the first time.

New Products: - Real Time Online Banking - Most of you are already aware that we have been working on a new Real Time, Online Banking and Bill Pay product. You can now begin using it by following the Login or Enroll links to the right. All Internet Banking Customers will need to convert to the new system as the current FundsXpress system will no longer be available after August 4th, 2009.
- Rewards Checking - How would you like to earn 4.01% APY on your checking? Now you can with our new Rewards Checking account. The qualifications are simple:
- Have at least one ACH direct deposit to or ACH payment from your account each month.
- Make at least 10 Point of Sale purchases with your debit card each month.
- Agree to accept Electronic or e-statements. This requires that you use our Real Time Online Banking to receive your statements
If you meet those qualifications you will earn the 4.01% APY on any balance up to $25,000 and 1.01% APY on balances over $25,000. You will also receive a refund of any ATM fees up to $25.00 during the month. If you do not meet the qualifications you will still earn .05% APY and it will still be a free account. Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
